Introduction to the processing technology of flake caustic soda

Heating process of surface flake caustic
In the production process of flake caustic soda, heating is required. When producing flake caustic soda, the caustic soda needs to be evaporated and concentrated to a certain concentration before subsequent processing.
The traditional pot method directly uses fire to heat the bottom pot, the coal is not completely burned, and the ash and smoke are deposited on the furnace and the solid caustic soda pot, which has low heat transfer capacity. In order to save energy, three pot methods are generally selected: preheating pot, steaming pot and stirring pot.
The flake alkali molten salt heating device is a molten salt heating system fueled by coal. This system is used to control the temperature of molten salt at the entrance of the concentrator and convert it into the technical requirements of a high-concentration device. The concentrator requires that the temperature of the coal-fired molten salt entering the furnace is 430℃, when the molten salt is dispersed in the high-concentration device, the temperature is 400℃, and the molten salt tank is transported by gravity. Then use the molten salt pump to transport the molten salt and circulate the entire molten salt system. The high-temperature flue gas enters the steam generator from the molten salt furnace, and enters the water film dust collector after being cooled by the air preheater. After dust removal and desulfurization, the flue gas enters the induced draft fan and is discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan.
The manufacturer of caustic soda tells you that the manufacturer of sodium hydroxide that you do not know today will be called a solution. In fact, we often use it in our lives, but most of the time, we only know one of them, but we don't know anything about it. What do we still do not know?
Sodium hydroxide easily absorbs water and carbon dioxide from the air. 1g of distilled water, 0.9ml of cold water, 0.3ml of boiling water, 7.2ml of absolute ethanol, 4.2ml of methanol, when mixed with ethanol or solution, glycerol degrades, decomposes water, and generates heat. The solution is strongly alkaline and corrosive. The manufacturer of sodium hydroxide reminds you to keep it sealed and dry during storage.
Caustic soda requires sodium hydroxide. The larger use of sodium hydroxide is the manufacture of chemicals, followed by papermaking, aluminum smelting, tungsten smelting, rayon, rayon and soap manufacturing. In addition, in the production of dyes, plastics, drugs and organic intermediates, the regeneration of waste rubber.
